Returns & Exchanges

At Plan C, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in их original unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
